I tried yoga several years ago for weight management. It has become so much more than that! I tried running, weight lifting, working with a personal trainer – nothing seemed to “fit” me. Until yoga. I cannot image life without it! A few years in, I knew I wanted to become an instructor and when I retire from my “day” job, I hope to teach full time! My mentors are many – Juli Hicks, Amy Boswell, Tristana Foutz, and Pamela Price have been especially instrumental in helping me develop my personal practice and teaching style.
My fave pose would be pigeon, followed by crescent lunge with all of its variations! If I am not teaching/practicing yoga or at my day job, I am enjoying time with my husband, children and grandchildren! I love gardening, camping and any time I can be by the ocean!
