My goal is to make yoga accessible to each beautiful soul who walks through the studio door. I came to Yoga Bliss after being bed bound by illness for over two years. Slowly and surely my compassionate, wise teachers helped me build the strength I needed to begin life again. Yoga was pivotal in my healing and I love to share that with others. I love seeing a brand new yogi grow into their practice and find their love for yoga, knowing it makes a difference in their life.
My favorite practices are Restorative, Yin, Gentle Flow and Meditation. I believe amazing change can happen when we do the hard work of being still! My most influential mentors are, Maria Santoferraro, Tristana Foutz and Juli Hicks. I’m grateful for their presence in my practice.
If I’m not practicing or teaching yoga these days, I’m studying yoga! I enjoy spending time with my family, church family and yoga community. I love spending time outdoors and I cherish my quiet time.
