Sydney took her first yoga class while traveling after high school in Hawaii. She was a gymnast before she started her yoga journey. The day she stepped on her mat, it felt like home again. As she deepened her practice she not only noticed the internal healing effects of yoga, but she found it was another way for her to connect with God. Her teaching style is very challenging, authentic, and explorative. You can count on a lot of playful arm balances and inversions in her class.
Sydney has a great desire to inspire her students. It is her mission to create a ripple effect of positivity by empowering others to live the very best version of theirselves and create a life they love.
