CYT 200 , trauma informed cert. (90 hrs)

I am thankful that Yoga found me in 2007. I started practicing yoga as just an exercise, but quickly discovered the vast healing benefits of yoga. I noticed that through the intentional mind/body connection, my body created space for my mind and spirit to grow and heal. I found balance, strength, courage and peace on my mat. This “accidental” discovery led me pursue more training into the trauma informed world. My curiosity and personal healing journey led me to get certified in trauma informed yoga in 2017. My classes are an invitation into curiosity, courage, self-awareness and self- compassion through breath, movement and mindfulness.
