Breathwork Instructor, Wim Hof 10 Week Course Completion
Over 15 years later, 100 pounds lighter, and mentally healthier, yoga has been a mainstay of my wellness program. I literally bought a yoga DVD because I could not bend over to tie my shoes in my early 30’s.
I had no clue how the journey would unfold. Emphasizing breath control has always been something I greatly appreciated with the great instructors at Yoga Bliss. During the pandemic, my appreciation turned into a passion with the reading of James Nestor’s “Breath, The New Science of a Lost Art.”
This sent me down a path of further research, experimentation, and completing Wim Hof’s ten-week course on these breathing techniques. I look forward to sharing what has been shared with me.
