Yoga Sculpt Instructor
I started working out regularly in 2020, and I soon discovered the profound impact it had on my life. Since then, consistent exercise helped me build physical and mental strength, enhance my endurance, and create a sense of discipline and determination. Fitness has changed my life in numerous ways and has taught me the importance of dedication, resilience, and consistency. I hope my students feel strong, empowered, and confident in their abilities both inside and outside the studio.
My favorite styles to teach include strength training, high-intensity interval training, and power sculpt. I would say I have a dynamic and engaging teaching style. I love to be upbeat, motivating, challenging, and FUN!
What I love most about Yoga Bliss are the people and community. Even when I was a beginner yogi, everyone was so welcoming and it created a very encouraging and comfortable space.
Outside of fitness, I love cooking, traveling, and cats!!!
