RYT 500, Reiki Master, iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 certification, Sound Therapy certification, Relax & Renew Restorative Yoga certification, Crystal Singing Bowl certification, Yoga for Emotional Balance certification, Sacred Calm Restorative Yoga certification

My yoga journey began to help me deal with anxiety when I was pregnant with my first child. Yoga changed my life and continues to bring me more peace and balance everyday. I decided to take my 200 hour teacher training to deepen my practice and learn about the philosophy of yoga. It opened a curiosity and passion for learning about the vast world of yoga. I went on to deepen my knowledge through my 500 hour teacher training and numerous other certifications. While I initially had no desire to teach, I eventually discovered my calling to share what has brought me so much healing and overall well-being.

I am passionate about restorative yoga, meditation and sound healing, but I love to teach and practice all different kinds of yoga. The incredibly talented instructors at Yoga Bliss continue to inspire me. I feel extremely grateful to be able to share yoga with others.

I live in Copley with my husband, my two kids, and my dog. In addition to my love for yoga, I also love to travel, spend time with family and friends, have outdoor adventures, explore different healing modalities, read, and learn new things about health and wellness.
