Yoga/Barre Instructor, RYT-200

I started my fitness journey in college with yoga and cardio videos at home. When I moved my fitness practice to a gym I found the group class setting to be much more enjoyable and motivating. After experiencing an injury I began looking for a low-impact workout that led me to Barre. I loved it so much that I became an instructor in 2017.

When a friend invited me to take a hot power yoga class, I wasn't excited about a heated workout AT ALL. I'm so glad I did it because I loved it! The way it made my muscles feel was not like your typical sweaty workout - it was exhilarating and detoxifying while bringing some Zen to my inner-self. I decided that yoga is for life and dove right into Teacher Training and earned my RYT 200 in May 2022. I currently teach Power Yoga and Barre classes - power/vinyasa is my favorite to teach and take! I absolutely love teaching and helping to motivate others in their physical fitness journey while also bringing a positive, caring mindset to help them feel good in both mind and body. Music is very motivating to me so I always make sure to have an amazing playlist to go along with a great class! And Yoga Bliss has such a warm welcoming environment with amazing instructors and clients.

When I’m not at the studio I enjoy biking, hiking and beach vacations with my husband Jim. Palm trees are an immediate mood enhancer! I also love spending time with friends and family which includes my sweet chubby cat Archie.
