Barre Instructor
I bring my passion for dance, movement, and physical fitness to all my Barre classes! My classes are a fun, high energy fusion of strength training, cardio, and, of course, fundamental barre poses.
I began teaching Barre because I feel in love with grace and strength that I felt after taking a Barre class. Barre is my workout of choice because it focuses on full body toning, cardio, posture, balance, flexibility, and musicality and I hope to impart that on all of my students.
I love teaching at Yoga Bliss because we are a community of people empowering one another to live our best lives.
Outside of class, you might find me running, backpacking, practicing yoga, traveling, cooking, or hanging out with my cat.
