HIIT Coach, Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

Fitness has been a huge part of my life since a very young age. I was always active playing sports and being adventurous outdoors. I was 13 when I touched my first weight and immediately fell in love with it. I have worked out in gyms as well as participated on baseball and football teams. Physical fitness and training have kept my mind and body healthy.

I received my Certified Personal Trainer certification after completing the Sports Medicine Exercise Science program at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. I have been training clients and coaching classes with the help and guidance of my friend and mentor, Jason Lucas, who has been a trainer/coach for many years. I have experienced first hand that working out improves physical and mental health both short and long term. Training has so many benefits and I enjoy helping clients/friends achieve their fitness goals while getting stronger.

My classes offer a combination of bursts of intense effort with a short recovery while building muscle and keeping the heart pumping. The upbeat music will boost endurance and improve mood while strengthening your body.
